Box Score Crawfordsville, Ind. - Denison's men's tennis team turned in its deepest showing of the fall at the 2026 ITA DIII Men's Central Regional Championship, Oct. 2-4 at Wabash College, with two Big Red entries reaching championship matches and two more advancing to the semifinals.

Ninth-seeded Aidan Borosko put together the run of the weekend in Men's Open Singles Flight A, knocking off No. 4 seed Jesse Yang in the Round of 16 and then upsetting top-seeded Maximo Llamas 6-3, 6-1 in the semifinals before falling to Rowan Matorin in the final, 2-6, 4-6. In Flight B, Peter Berns and No. 5 seed J Mason Conlin each reached the semifinals before falling in three-set battles. Nick Meyers made the Flight A quarterfinals, and Arya Ganapathy Kallambella and Chika Nwaozuzu each advanced to the Round of 16.

Denison's doubles pairs were just as sharp in Men's Open Doubles. The ninth-seeded duo of Chika Nwaozuzu and Nick Meyers ran the table to the final, knocking off the No. 5, No. 9 and No. 7 seeds along the way before falling to Chase Kelley/Jesse Yang [6], 1-6, 2-6. Fellow Big Red pairs Arya Ganapathy Kallambella/Jackson MacTaggart and Aidan Borosko/Peter Berns both reached the Round of 16 before being eliminated.

Up Next for the Big Red

Denison will travel to Rome, Georgia from October 15-18 to compete in the ITA Cup to conclude the fall campaign.
