Box Score The Denison women's tennis team wrapped up a weekend of tournament play at the ITA Central Region Championships, hosted by Kalamazoo (Mich.) College from Sept. 25-28.

Sydney Wszolek was the headliner for the Big Red, rebounding from an opening-round, three-set singles loss to reel off five straight victories through the consolation bracket and claim the singles consolation championship without dropping a set until a round-of-16 tiebreak.

Eight Big Red student-athletes competed across the singles and doubles draws over the four-day event. Madeline Bradshaw, Rafaella Ramos, and Caitlin Van Winkle all reached the round of 32 in singles, while Dasha Chistyakova and Bradshaw reach the round of 16 in doubles.
